Is ct scan required if my husband pressed my neck in anger ?since then having neck pain and shortness of breath and left chest pain…ecg normal….I have already undergone many ct scans in the past now is this required???or will it get cured plz reply ASAP.TIA

If you had a blunt trauma to your neck and the pain is persistent, it is better to get it evaluated. Unfortunately X-rays are not very helpful in this case as there could be small fractures in the cartilages of the neck, which will not be seen on an X-ray. CT scan is definitely the investigation of choice here.
I would recommend that you consult an ENT specialist near you for further evaluation.
