Hi What does this statement in ct scan report mean? :- A small hypodense lesion is noted in left lobe of thyroid? Cause-? Goiter? Kindly guide if it's cancerous or begin growth? Patient went for ct due to sinus problem of cold and cough.

Must be an incidental finding to know the pathology of the lesion you will have to get the swelling physically examined by an ENT specialist and get an ultrasound guided FNAC.
