Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My age is 26yrs and am suffering from nose blockage and drip at the back of nose and throat ,sometimes when am inhailing little pain getting in my nostrils,don't know what's the condition

I had ear infection now it has been cured but now I got poriforated eardrum due to infection . Can proforated eardrum will be heal by medicine or not?

Are there any test to confirm tonsillitis? Does tonsillitis create problem in body if it stays for 1 or 2 years

Doc told me for a surgery of tonsils (heavy tonsils) as there is no effect of medicine and I have heard that some people again get the problem after surgery. If one won't go for surgery will it create problem to the body? Because it's been more than a year and doctors are reacting like oh it just a heavy tonsil. Is this the only way to treat it?

My age is 26yrs and it's been 3mnths I recovered from covid ,but now in a day around 6 to 7 times my nose is getting blocked making hard to breathe and at that time my heartrate also going some changes and it's coming to normal ,this total process done in 5min only ,don't know what's happening

My nephew is 3 years old.He is having cough and cold since 3 to 4 days.In every few minutes he sneezes and a lot of mucus comes out.He also has cough since 3 to 4 days .Doctor has given Sinarest and Azee Dry Syrup as medication.Are these medicines ok??He started taking these medications since yesterday night.How long will it take for him to recover?

I'm suffering from cold and night congestion. Daily at middle of the night I'm facing difficult in breathing. Morning I'm feeling well at night it worsens. I'm taking asthaline repsules to overcome this. Please suggest some tablet and food diet.

Hi, I have constant mucus in throat which I rather have to spit it out or I have to swallow it... It keeps draining constantly, it is irritating alot.. this is happening from last 2 years.. whenever I drink water or any liquid the intensity of mucus flow is increased.. this is obstructing my sleep, I don't know what to do... Sometimes there is blockage in nose too.. and I feel my body hot but the temp is always below 37 c. I don't know what to do.. have tried many medicines but none was effective.. please help.. what shall I do.. there is always mucus in throat.

My brother's age is 24yrs ,I observed him at mid nights while sleeping he unable to breathe normally he is trying hard for breathe and when sleeps on back as making face to sky at that I observed and I feared of his life like he almost stops breathe and raises suddenly and continues, am getting fear of my brother what is the situation of my brother,seeing him like that way now am unable to sleep properly. Hoping for positive response. Note: my brother will snore while sleeps.

I feel excessive saliva coming from SUBLINGUAL GLANDS only below my tongue...from past 4 montns.. It makes my mouth heavy when i talk causing speech problem. My dental health is good. What can be the reason...do i neededication ?? Plz help..
