Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Red ulcer on pallate and tongue. Pain- not able to eat- since 10 days. Having Becosule capsule OD since 7 days and applying Candid lotion- no improvement. Increasing day by day

Ear buzzing or ringing in left ear since last week...it doesn't last long but keeps coming and going

For the past few days I am facing tightness in my throat and also shortness in breath at times. Along with these I also have acidity and due to my current remote lifestyle, I am also getting bloated belly. Could you please suggest me any next steps as I am worried with the problem of shortness of breath and throat tightness. History: I had wheezing in my childhood and I have been taking Montek LC for about 9 years as prescribed.

Hello, i am a student and performer of Hindustani classical music. I had sore throat when i ws suffering from covid infection in the month of may. After it was cured completely, i am still unable to sing the way i was singing. I daily do morning riyaaz (which can change the vocal ability of a singer) but still i am not able to sing like the way i was singing before covid infection

Hey, I am Deepika From Delhi my age is 24 yrs. 2.5 month back I suffered from Covid 19 , and from 2.5 months I was not able to smell anything, but my report was negative after 15 days of positive report I got 2.5 month back. Now the issue is that I have started sensing smell but in everything wether it is food or anything even in open air too I am experiencing a foul pungent smell and it is irritating me a lot I am facing this from 4-5 days and now in taste also I am experiencing same pungent and foul taste in everything.. Kindly guide me!

I had pain in my nose and was diagnosed with fungal sinus. Doctor also did septoplasty because of deviated septum. Its more than one month a 5 days since my surgery struggling to breathe. When i breath it is painful at times but also feeling blocked. Turbinates are still swollen. I can't use decongestant as i am too dependent and it was getting in effective. Antihistamine was making me dizzy Doctor told me only to go for post op follow up in August but I struggle to breath. I do nasal saline rinse with naso wash twice a day. But breathing is still a struggle lying down

I've been experiencing inconsistent headaches maybe because of me sleeping too late, then yesterday my throat starts to get itchy but it's not hard to swallow food or liquid and also a runny nose on the left side. I also have a fever. What should I do?

Hi, I was on infected with covid last month. Taken steroid for( predmet 4mg BD x3 and od ×3). Never tested for sugar but never had diabetes issues. Since recovery I am facing issue with nasal blockage. Got rashes on face which which went away in few days. Had pimples on face.. feeling tightness in right side of face. Nose keeps blocked mostly in night. Got ct pnt done. Is it black fungus?. Attached my ct pns film. Report says below: Sphenoethmoidal sinus mucosal thickening noted. Frontal & maxillary sinuses mucosa are normal. Inferior nasal turbinates are enlarged. Nasal mucosa is thick. Nasal septum is deviated to left. Nasopharynx mucosa is normal without any mass. Parapharyngeal spaces are normal without any mass. Osseous structures of PNS are normal.DNS to left Rhinitis Enlarged inferior nasal turbinates Sphenoethmoidal sinusitis. is it black fungus?
