Suffering ear problem

My wife suffering a small pain in right ear and some times creating ho ho sound in same ear. doctor consulated and examinated but no problem. issue not resolved kindly advice

plz do regular steam inhalation.... no problem and donot use ear phones , avoid water entry into ears...
