Hi, I got to see red spots and redness on my soft palate today, what could be the issue. I usually do nasal irrigation, that could be the cause. Thanks

Hi. Red spots and redness on the palate could be a sign of infection. It could even be due to a mild burn if you accidentally ate/drank something hot. However, a detailed examination of the area would be required to come to a diagnosis.
