Dry and sore soft palate when sleeping
My soft palate has been getting dry and sore every morning after waking up for over a year now. Especially on cold days. It's also sore and drys out when I'm breathing normally without swallowing (thru my nose) during the day. I also get feverish symptoms when it's dry and sore but which go away few minutes after I swallow. I've also been using Nasivin nasal drops for over a year, my problems started to occure at the same time period.

You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits.

Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you should stop using Otrivin drops as it can cause permanent problems inside your nose
