Hi Doctor, I have cough and cold for the last 3 days, without fever. Its been worsening for the last 3 days, and today I have have got my ears blocked with headache. I have been taking steam and turmeric milk. Please suggest what to do and what medicines to take?

This is called as otitis media due to nasal infection. Continue with steam. And consult once for your nose examination.

Looks like you are developing an inflammation in the ear due to upper respiratory tract infection.. if you are having persistent cough with sputum you will need to be examined in detail..
Next Steps
For relief of ear symptoms you can take an antihistaminic T. Montelulast+ levocetrizine one in the night for 5 days .. If the patient is not on any medications for controlling blood pressure then can use Oxymetazoline nasal drops 3 drops thrice a day for 5 days and then stop .( Important to stop after 5 days ) Along this T. Paracetamol 500mg can be taken when you have excessive pain..
