Black coffee, empty stomach, prework out
Is it fine to take Black coffee ( 200ml water + 1/2 tsp Nascafe Coffee powder ) on an empty stomach with 2 Brown Bread Slice and 1tsp peanut butter before Gym Workout ? I'm getting an abdominal pain, not sure if this is the reason. Kindly clarify. Thank You

Daily diet plan to lose fat.
I've recently started going to gym and workout for at least an hour. I'm going to the gym to lose fat. My trainer says to consult a dietitian regarding what I should and shouldn't eat to get the best results. I would like to know about the diet plan that i should follow.
