I have tried to follow various healthy ways to eat. But sadly I have gastric issues , in eating healthy even eating more at times creates gas in the stomach and I am clueless as to what I can eat and what not. As anything and everything gives me gas and stomach ache. Please tell me how to avoid such problem as it is hampering with my efforts to loose weight.

Losing too much weight in Diabetes
Sir, I have diabetes from the last 7-8 Years. From the last 2-3 Years I have been losing weight. Initially, I thought that this is good for my health, but now I have lost to much weight and feel weak now. I try to eat as much i can, but I don't feel hunger. My vision goes black for a few seconds
After I stand up or stretch I start feeling dizzy and I almost faint..this time I fainted and I'm really worried about what happened. The same thing happens again and again..my vision goes totally black..I'm feeling very weak lately and I sleep a lot. Please help.

Homemade Detox Drinks
Hii.. I am planning to start some changes in my diet n lifestyle. Never had experience with detox smoothies or vegetable juices. Starting to learn now. Planning on mixing together (Parsley + Ginger + Cucumber +Lemon + Aloe Vera + Celery) and prepare this detox drink.
Now my apprehension is that I have been reading on Internet that such detox drinks one should have just for 5-7 days and then give it a break for a week before starting again.. I don't know if that's correct or not.. Coz these are good green veggies and leaves and should not pose a problem if consumed one glass on daily basis..?? Please guide me.. I don't want things to go wrong.
