Not gaining weight
I have been working out since a month with a proper weight gain diet and also using whey protein. But my weight is not increasing at all. I feel that my body doesn't absorb all the nutrients from the food I consume as I go to poop a lot and in heavy quantities. So I feel most of the food is passed out without absorption of nutrients. Please help. Suggest a diet.
