Acidity and food
I have occasional bout of acidity, Dr prescribes Pan 40 daily. But I want to control acidity with food as I heard this is more of a lifestyle disease. I am not able to eat wheat and milk products as they make the situation worse. What food and schedule I can follow to live a acidity free life.
My mother and maternal aunt and uncle are all chronic acidity patients. I am also working in a stressful job.
I have witnessed the days when I have less pressure my acidity is also less. If I am very happy then I don't have any acidity at all.

Very fat legs.
My age is 25 and weight is 50 kg. My problem is my fat legs. My upper body is slim but my legs are comparatively very fat. I don't exactly remember when my legs got fat but I noticed it some 5 years ago. It is very much visible in photographs also. I tried different exercises for hours but nothing worked. I have no other problems with my legs, the only problem is that they are very fat. I don't have thyroid. Please tell me why my legs got so fat and how can I make my legs slim and look normal.
