Fat around belly & chest

Hello doctor, may age 20,height 165.5cm,weight 65.. i have lots of fat around my belly(belly fat & chest fat).i do lots of workout every day my diet plan is also good but the result is very poor.so i plan to take supplement called CARNITOR 500MG TABLET(L-Carnitine) mostly know as a fat burner so,my question is should i take this supplement?

Increase in weight

I was 54 kg in 2015 in my 11th class , as I completed my 12th class I was 78kg , I gained 24kg in one year . Then I started walking , went to gym for sometime then left in between because of hectic schedule now I am 64 kg that is I have lost 14 kg , but that took 1 year 2 months, I want to lose 12 kg in 2 months , I go to gym but results are slow

Spine,Chest Pain & Kidney stone

Age-27,wt-83kg,Ht-5.8,Body type-Athletic.MyL4-5 disc dgenrated & sliped and L5-S1 disc sliped bt can do daily activities,Bt wen I lift something heavy or do exercise of gym or riding a bike for at leat 15 km,my right leg hurts and my lumber hurts also;And I have chest pain also another thing I have kidney stone in both kidneys.
