Having stress And weight gain.
I've have stress and hypertension by one weeks .I have hypothyroidism issue and my tsh is 4.93.and my weight is 76.please give suggestiin weight loss and stress.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you. take low sodium diet to control hypertension.
