Body is getting fatty day by day
I m 28 years old woman and I am in depression since last 18 months,and my treatment is still going on.but my diet is not so much,I eat less and day by day I m getting fat,as according to my diet my body is not like this,though my weight is 55 kg,but I look so much fat than this...please help me

Please share your height, weight, daily routine, food habits , physical exercise schedule, sleep pattern,water intake with present medication you're taking and health history for assessment and further guidance

Small and regular meal is important. Try to stay hydrated. Drink plenty of liquids. Include more of colored fruits and vegetables. Avoid fats and add more fibre to your diet. Also do some regular physical activity. For customized dietary schedule and counselling consult a nutritionist

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
