I want a proper diet to loose weight in 10 days.. whatever it will be i m ready to do..

I look too fatty but my weight is 64 kg and height is 5:3 inches i have breathing problems my haemoglobin is 9.7 I have acidity problm too I m very depressed plz help me

I gained a lot of weight when I was 9/10 but I wasnt eating anything back then and was doing a lot if exercise. Now I'm 12 and still am quite active and eat the 'norm' but I'm still overweight.

Sir,last year my uric acid was 6.5 in the month of august 2016,and tgl was 230.I take losar 50 and my bp lie in range of 125-135/70-80.After one year on 8th sep 2017 i find pain (moderate) in left leg not on joints but in middle part,then i suspected that uric acid can be high.Sir,next morning serum uric acid test was performed along with tgl .My readings came as 8.7 and 238 respectively.After that i started drinking 15 glasses of water along with lemon water,apples in mid of meals.pain 10% only

I lost 20 pounds in 3 months due to my stomach being in CONSTANT pain and me ALWAYS being Nauseous. ill eat and have awful diarrhea and continue to feel nauseous so i only have about 700 calories a day. i'm starting to force myself to eat to gain the weight back but i can't. i feel disgusting and i need help to get an apetite again. i now weight 99 pounds and im 5'4.

Multivitamins fm omega is veg or non veg sir.. im pure vegetarian .. please help

Pls suggest to me how to reduce my weight through less workout.because my weight suddenly 6 kgs increase within 3 month and pls give it valuable suggestion
