How much protein and what sources

I usually have a desk office job which does not require much physical mobility However, I ensure I workout 3-4 days a week (an hour each) with a combination of cardio and strength workout I wish to ask how much protein I should be having per day and from which sources. I weigh 62 kgs with a height of 5 feet 4 inches I am a vegetarian and also eat eggs and all milk products. Request you to guide.
