Not able to lose weight.body body not reacting to exercise n diet.thyroid not in control.tried homeopathic medicine.dont see much effect.should i try levothyroxine??

Respected doctor.., I'm so skinny my bones very visible., I want to gain weight as well as fit body.. I visited doctor he suggested cypon capsules for 3 months apart from that what are the things that I have to do?

I have turned vegan more than a year ago, but I am not oil free and gluten free. I did lose some weight, but I need to lose at least 20 more kgs to be healthy and for my waistline to be under 32. I know that I need to eat less oil, maybe cut it out completely, but I travel a lot for work, when i cannot control what I eat. Please help.
