Before pragnent my weight is 57kg. My delivery time my weight is 74kg. After delivery(c section) my weight is decrease in 1 month its 66kg. But after 1month my weight is increase to 72kg. Now i cant lose my weight. What can i do. I do exercise daily. I eat normally also feed to my baby. She is 10 month now. I want lose my weight.

I've been taking antidepressants for over 2 years now, I've gradually gained weight and has a bad case of acne. As a teenager I never had acne or any sort of skin issue. I'm 21 year old Engineering student who had a severe case of depression. I have started to worry about my skin and weight due to fear of people judging me.
