I have got my TSH levels check it shows 14.06 & over the past months I have put on 20kga weight, i have no appetite, only keep sleeping how do i lose weight i'm 27years old i work at nights. Metabolism issues
I gain weight dramatically fast regardless of all the running i do. i appear to have zero metabolism, if i dont starve myself and run at least 10/15km in a day i gain weight.
