I m 60 yr.old woman and taking Zincovit and Macgla capsule since last 1 year.can u give any alternative but cheap vitamin capsule which has the same effect

Not able to gain weight eating all healthy food then too not able to gain ...doing excersice ...having loads of water.

I have High insulin level with normal glucose and normal tsh:t4 levels. Dheas is normal. Testestorone is normal. Hbaic is also normal. Only insulin fasting levels are high. What can it be?
