I got my blood test done for vitamin B12 deficiency and the report shows level of 91, which is quite low. Doctor has prescribed nerve up and folic acid tablets for a month, however I haven't feel much great using them. My vitamin B12 went down due to taking many antacid and acid reflux capsules like Panum D and pentakind dsr.. Do you suggest to take injections instead? Also I'm a vegetarian!

Some form of gas bubbles form near the throat area, after I hold breath they seem to go but the bubbles keep forming. Also I experience what seems to be heartburn but it has recently subsided after medication. However I do not know if this is a more serious issue or not.
