I am 38 years old male diabetic want to gain weight suggest me any safe medicine to gain the weight.

Chocolate cyst has reoccoured after surgery and currently I am on birth control pills which is causing me weight gain. 1. My question is can do Normal yoga (all aasans which told in yoga classes)? 2. Can I go for swimming for weight loss? Or will these things create complications (like rupture or anything else? Please advise. Also note With dieting I am not able to lose weight!!

I am an18-year-old male, over 200 lbs and am trying to lose weight. I am considering taking Hydroxycut. the only issue I'm concerned with is that I take Wellbutrin and Concerta for anxiety and depression.
