Hello doctor i have verry dull skin i have try so many topical things for it but nothing work well my diet is also poor so should i go to the dietician for thi or not and suggest me some diet for glowing and clear acne free skin

Hello. You would have to increase the intake of foods high in antioxidants. Foods that are less acidic in nature. These foods include fruits and vegetables. Increase the intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Do not drink the juice of it, rather have the whole fruit/vegetable along with the skin and fiber or in the form of a smoothie, which would give you better results. Increase the water intake, as that's the best detox. Make sure you carry an umbrella, to protect you self from direct heat, have a habit of washing you face every hour. Also include some exercise in your schedule and it releases the toxins through sweat which would help improve your skin.
