You can use Oziva Collagen Builder as it helps improve skin and hair health, especially in winters when dryness increases. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of lukewarm water daily to keep your skin and hair hydrated. Add foods like almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, and sunflower seeds to your diet. They provide healthy fats that reduce dryness. Eat seasonal fruits like oranges, guava, and amla. They are rich in vitamin C, which boosts collagen production naturally. Include spinach, beetroot, and carrots in your meals for healthy skin and stronger hair. Have warm soups made with vegetables like pumpkin, tomato, or broccoli for added nourishment. Avoid hot showers; instead, use lukewarm water as hot water dries out skin and scalp. Apply natural oils like coconut or almond oil to your scalp and skin to lock in moisture. Use a mild, moisturizing shampoo and a hydrating skin cream. Check your iron, vitamin D, and B12 levels. Low levels can cause hair fall and dull skin.
Next Steps
Avoid adding table salt, extra oil, or heavy tadka to your meals, and reduce sugar intake. This helps lower unnecessary sodium, unhealthy fats, and sugar, supporting better heart health and overall wellness.

Collagen supplements can be an effective remedy for hair loss and dry skin. Collagen increases skin suppleness and strength and encourages hair development. Collagen powders, such as Oziva are beneficial for giving better elasticity to your skin. It also contains Vitamin C rich food sources making it beneficial for hair health too. Make sure you eat a well-balanced diet that includes vital minerals like zinc which help with collagen formation. Drinking plenty of water and applying natural moisturizers such as coconut oil might also assist with dry skin. Consuming collagen on a regular basis might help to strengthen hair and moisturize the skin.

Hi Good evening! Please do a blood test for iron, Vitamin D, B12 and hypothyroid (if there’s a family history). Supplements won’t fix the problem unless you identify the actual reason.
