Hi Consume foods that are rich in vitamin c, vitamin e, zinc, selenium, Essential Fatty Acids such as omega 3 and 6 foods, Fermented and germinated foods, good amount of fiber from diet, plenty of drinking water around 2 to 3 litres per day, Ll seasonal fruits and vegetables, leafy vegetables, fruits such as Pappaya, citrus fruits, apple, pears, avocados, kiwi fruits guava, all the melons and water melon fruits, bananas, pomogranate etc.. nuts, seeds, dry fruits are helpful for clear glowing skin.. Hi, You can start having the diet rich in vitamins A, C,E and Omega 3 fatty acids like fresh fruits and fruit juices like oranges, orange juice, grapefruit juice,mangoes, papaya, strawberries, kiwis, fresh vegetables like carrots, pumpkin, spinach, kale, tomato vegetable juice,Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, squash, fish, eggs, yogurt, vegetable oils , nuts, walnuts,ground flaxseeds and olives etc.
