I had a very supple and healthy face but now my cheeks look thin with dark circles. The skin under my eyes looks dehydrated as well. I got my thyroid, haemoglobin, vitamin d and b tested.
I have a vitamin d deficiency.
What should I do to get a healthy face back.

Take good amount of water.
