Dull skin & dysmenorrhea
My face becomes dull and dark. And nowadays my skin lost its shine. Also m suffering from dysmenorrhea (painful periods). Pls I need some healthy diet plan and exercise and tips for HEALTHY SKIN & for curing my DYSMENORRHEA(painful periods).. Thank you

take more greens,green vegetables, fruits min 300 gm or 3 PCs. max fibres, for painful u can consul T a physician . sleep min 8 hrs.no stess..healthy balneced foods habits, timely meals can help u.
