I have been scratched by a wild dog but it is not bleeding and i have been vacinated earlier for rabies should i consult for the vaccination

Hello doctor, I feed street dogs on a daily basis, i already had rabies vaccine before 6 months three shots , abhi hota kya h khilate time kabhi kabhi unke nails lagjate h ... no blood no puncture, just a scratch. Can you please tell me should i have to do some precautions?
