HELP MY PUG
My pug has been facing skin issues for a year. Earlier his skin was turning dry and dead cells were coming off. Weekly medicated shampoo and applying coconut oil has cured that thing. But still the skin itching is there and it's turning red then black. And these skins are also sweating. Please help

Hi, Thank you for sharing your concerns about your pug.,Chronic skin issues can be frustrating. Since the drynes nd flakiness have improved but itching, redness& skin darkening(hyperpigmentation) persist, here are some possible underlying causes- allrgy, yeast & bacterial inf., hormonal issues. Keep the affected areas dry most of the time(even after bathing) as a preventive measure.Consult a vet for a prescription, leaving it untreated may aggravate the skin condition. Hope this helps. Thanks 🙏
