After play scratching  some one a dog died anyday between 28-40. At the time of play scratch he was not drooling. No nervousness no bitting issue was observed in him. He was roaming playing with all the other dogs. His eating and drinking status is unknown as he was stray dog but I twice gave him food he ate. His active non lethargic non bitting status was also observed for next 16days after that play scratch . Then I left  society. Then he was also observed by others for next 12 days in same active freely roaming condition with other dogs in society. He was neither drooling nor bitting anyone in those period also. He died above roof of 3rd floor so we can assume that he was not paralytic condition as he climbed up the stairs. The society is so small and there are plenty of kids playing in the street where no bitting incident was reported during that time. So if I assume the dog was died of rabies what is the chance he had rabies in saliva 28day before during play scratch

Yesterday I was coming to home late night ,at that time a street dog come near to me and try to bite me , and his teeth touches my leg , after reaching home I checked my leg but there was no redness, swelling,wound , bleeding and no hole in my jeans. Should I go for rabbies injection or not.

I have a female zebra finch with labored breathing from the past two days. Her beak keeps opening and shutting and she has become quieter than usual. Her food and water intake is normal and she takes bathes daily. Droppings are also normal. We give her millets, fruits, veggies and rice, and clean the cage every day. Please help.

Do calming collar and CBD oils help in cats anxiety? I have a 3yr old male cat who is neutered last month, but she doesn't like smell of other cats and get anxious when come from outside and gets aggressive and has attacked me twice in last two months. Will using calming collar and CBD oils help? Will you suggest me any particular product which will help the most?

I brush my dog 4-5 times a week once in a day but he is developing plaque and tartar in his teeth, especially his back teeth. I gave him Dentastix from Pedigree once but I noticed some bleeding on the the stick as he was chewing on it. Any suggestions on how I can help him remove the plaque? P.S : He doesn't have difficulty eating hard treats like carrots, yak cheese balls, etc.

During a 16days observation period of street dog I have noticed this thing 1. He was not drooling 2. Ate dry pedigree  dog food one day by chewing. Ate egg.. May be also drunk water can't remember. Other day may he had other  source of food. As he was roaming in locality. 3.never bite any one 4. Society is full of small children and they are love to playing on street and that suspected dog was love to watch their play while sitting near. 5.that dog  had a buddy dog both of them love to play together... 6. While sleeping on street I went near to him he tilt his head wag tail then sleep again 7. He was going to sniff a old dog and that old dog lighty bite his front face . Then the suspected dog rub his nose with his front leg. but didn't bite the old dog in return. 8. No one is bitten by him in society nor he had paralytic symptom . Now according to WHO and CDC can we refer that dog a healthy dog in regarding 10days( in my case 16 days) observation? the dog died any day btwn 23-33

Hello doctors, Generally i gave milk biscuits bread to street dogs, but today i see a dog suddenly laming. I dont know the reason , but he is laming Not able to walk properly. I also try to call in ngo, and various govt ngo for animal but no reply at all. Please tell what to do ?

My dog has marks on his body since we got his hair removed.earlier he had red skin then as per his vet's advice we used KD gruard spray and since then he has this blackish marks He is a white Labrador,8 months and his weight is around 35 kgs photos attached

How long does antibody last after 5 doses of anti rabies vaccine .. is it 3 months ,6 months or 1 years ??
