Please somebody respond, I am really worried. My cat is attacked by dogs on the street. I tried to rescue it very quickly. There are no visible wounds. But he's breathing heavily on his left side . I can see visible skin movement when he is breathing. Like how a fish would breathe with its gill .  I took him to the vet immediately. He said there are no deep wounds, you can bring him tomorrow morning. But he has trouble walk with left back leg . I've attached a picture, that is where he is breathing heavily and skin is moving in and out.I'm worried. I consulted vets on practo. It is showing doctors are busy. Please someone respond what to do.

Not bleeding just a white spot , should I use bitadin or t bact ? Or any other treatment is required?

My 3.5 years male Labrador had seizure last year march once then this year march on Holi and yesterday.
