My street puppy got an infection .
Someone injected my 3 months old  puppy Bovine somatotropin vaccine , due to that his back and neck are swallowed and he is not eating anything, please suggest what I should do , how I should treat him , and what medicine would require to treat him.

Firstly Bovine somatotropin injection is not a vaccine it’s a drug used for growth in dog as harmone mostly this harmone injection is for cattle’s to increase growth and milk production … It is not commonly recommend to puppies generally.
