My puppy scratched or slightly bitten

My bro was playing with my puppy who is 4 months old i adopted her from streets and she had other vaccinations completed but her rabies vaccine is not completed as the vet told me to bring her mext week for that. Today my bro was playing with her and i think her teeth has scratched my brother hand and i want to know if its serious or not and how many vaccine shots should he require. And also will he need to have tetanus shot also. Please help. Thanking you in advance.

Since the puppy is not yet vaccinated against rabies, TT and anti rabies vaccinations are must. Kindly get them
