Baby height is not proper she is 14 month old but height is only 73 cm she is under 1 percentile and her z score is -3

16month baby is having Vitamin D deficiency it is at 9.2. Doctor prescribed to have JusDee 60k granules half packet every week. Is it suggestible to have nearly 30K IU per week for the baby. I have read from online, that the upper limit for kids between 1 to 3 years old is to have is only 2500 IU, which makes to 17500IU only. Can you please suggest whether any issues with medication.
