I have given 5ml p250 syrup for my 1.3years boy by mistake.. Will that be problem for him

My son age is 2.4year he is still not talking...need to do a check up......

He is completely on breast feeding, active n feeding properly. I'm using Delcon drops 8 drops since 3 days but there is no result. Plz suggest the medication n whatever I'm already giving is right or not
