4 year old has several cough fits throughout the day/night. She coughs for hours together until it stops. No phlegm chest is clear. But she seems to be breathing via mouth for quiet a few months now. Blood test for allergies show negative. Very worried

18months child suffer from bronchial sinus cyst.... already 3 times has been done pus drained by local incision..... every test has already done neck usg,cbc,x ray, pediatrician has alreday done complete examination ...on the basis of reports pediatrician suggested to do operation ..... so we want to know there is chance for recurrence .... before go to surgery the best experience doctor if do means good....
