Child has sore eye, tried drops for allergy hasn't worked seems uncomfortable

My girl child of age two years weighing of arround 12 kg is having fever i am giving her calpol 250 mg. Is any other medicin is required?

Hi doctor, my son is suffering with stomach cramps since last few hours. He had normal home made food but 2 pc of market made laddu. We've given him meftal spas 5 ml at 10.30 pm but he again complaining about same. could you please suggest what can be done?

My 1 year old niece has been bitten by something first day it looked like a mozzie bite second day it looked like a burn so we put savlon on it and covered it with a bandade next day checked it and put anaseptic on it and covered it today it is 3 times the size and doesn't look like it's getting better at all. My kid is having high fever,cold,running nose,cough,head ache.. current temp. Shows 101.8 deg and administrated potassium clavunate with amoxicillin and levocetirizine with montelukast tablet. Please suggest do I need to wait as fever is not coming down. Thanks and awaiting your kind reply
