Child Health Issues

My kid (boy) is 2yrs+ and he continuously goes through coughing problem during night hours these days. The doctors we consulted gave some medicine from his clinic and asked us not to give any outside eatables and and also not to give him mother's or any milk and we've been following it religiously. Still not much improvement. Please help....

In My child 's neck small knot showen. Is this normal. Or i need to cosult with pediatrician.?

My Son born on 22-08-2016 and now he is 17 months.by birth he has issue by name “Laringo Malacean stridor”. But due to age, problem is reduced. Now major issue is 1.He will sleep max of 3 hours in total day and another 3-4 hr at night. 2.Night times cries a lot.We r unable to find the reason. we r giving him good food in regular intervals. 3.He will be calming down when we put him on our shoulder and keepon walking in night times. 4.We gave medicine colimex but of no use. He has good digestion

Daughter is 18months and been felling hot to touch and then freezing cold shes now asleep and shaking/shivering in her sleep.

My daughter always get exhausted very soon and feels sleepy most of time. She doesn't feel hungry, so most of time doesn't like to eat anything. She doesn't feel doing anything these days though she used to have interest in many things sometime back. She recently diagnosed with very low vitamin d and other deficiencies. I can share the report.
