  4. High fever with cold feet. Our child.

High fever with cold feet
Hello, my 5 year old son is suffering very high fever. On his 2nd day, he still has high fever with cold feet. We give him tempra every 4hours and cefalexin every 8hours but still not feeling good. He doesn't eat in 2days. Only water, not that much. Please help what we need to do with our child. Thank you very much.
