Apart from Hb the report looks normal. You haven’t mentioned if fever is still persisting. If fever has subsided consult your paediatrician with the report so that the child can be examined and can be started on hematinics.if fever is still persistent you need to run few more tests .

Hi
This seems like a viral fever. CBC is normal. You should monitor fever and should give paracetamol if he is having fever. It should settle in 3 days. If not then you need to visit hospital for examination and further evaluation.
Greetings
six-year-old child, normal hemoglobin (Hb) typically ranges between 11.5 and 14.0 g/dL.The normal erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) range is generally under 10 to 20 mm/hour.An active fever or infection naturally triggers a temporary elevation in ESR due to general inflammation.
