My daughter got severe cough with wheeze from 15days she suddenly getting up and coughing sometimes she vommits her age is 3 years

Vomiting psot cough is normal. You can start with 6hourly nebulisations. If cough and discomfort is severe please show to nearest pediatrician  .Meanwhile start on oral Syp Mucolite S 5ml three times a day for three  days.
