Severe cough with wheezing my 4 yr old d
My daughter has persistent cough with wheeze which relapses .She is given Duolin respules alongwith Salmabutol rota caps in disc shape.Nebulization is prescribed 3-4 times n inhalation twice.Alongwith Asthalin syrup,Amoxyllin ,Cough syrup n Montair syrup for kids.Bt no relief.She's having this problem which has now become severe since the time we shifted to Suratgarh which itself is a very dusty place.Around 6 months onwards.I myself am an Asthmatic patient.Pl help out are there any further investigations needed for my daughter? What is ur suggestion?? The medications she's being given sufficient? When will she show improvement.She's having cough since a week

Needs to see your child. If she is more than 6year can go for spirometry test for lung function. Allergy Skin testing Will be an additional test to recommend.if there is no relief then please get hospitalised as acute asthma is a serious condition.There are certain other Medicine which can be considered by your pediatrician.
