My son is 6 months old and he has cough since 3-4 months. Its severe now. Have given him nebulisation and levosalbutamol syrup. Still he has cough n chest congestion

Get his x Ray chest, and get some basic test like CBC ESR,CRP, LFT. May consult ENT doctor. Sometimes I may not be just infection,it could be gastroscopy gal Reflux, asthma,airway structure problem where bronchoscopy may be needed.
