My daughter is 15 months old.. she is not at all eating.. not interested to play with toys. He weight is 7.8 kg.. one doctor gave me “Longifene A “syrup for kid.. after that I moved to Saudi Arabia here doctor told me to stop longifene and start giving ”Ginsana g115 tonic “to my kid.. her appetite is very poor n fussy eater.. she is not at all walking.. My question is can I use both the tonics ..?

I have 2 months old baby boy... he is passing motion like water and yellow dots.his motion is not like a paste. motion spreaded like dots with water. why like this? and what is the solution?
