I'm breatfeeding my 11 months old kid, can I take primolut N for a day? It's an emergency

My baby is 9montjs old n he is having loose motion since 10 days...sometimes he does watery like n sometimes semi solid...whenever he eats or drink milk he immediately does potty...sometimes very lil also...his gums r very hard des days..puts evrythng in mouth..is this teething period?..he WS born in last of 8th month...weight WS 2.3 kg..m very worried....plz advise asap...
