Dry cough no cold no fever
My lo is 4 months 22 days old n 8.3kgs. he is coughing since 5 days. initially it was light n increased on day by day. that's dry cough, no nose block nor fever.
He is completely on breast feeding, active n feeding properly.
I'm using Delcon drops 8 drops since 3 days but there is no result.
Plz suggest the medication n whatever I'm already giving is right or not

If mild,just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
