Fat globules is not normal for baby
My baby was stooling 3-5 a day And we do a stool analysis in his tar. And the results was
Color-yellow
Consistency- loose
Blood - negativw
Mucus - negative
Parasitw - no ova of any parasite seen
Wbc/hpg 0-3/hpg
Fat globules - moderate
And he is only 4 months old

Not really relevant medically.
Just ensure breastfeeding at regular intervals of atleast 2-1/2 to 3 hours,maintain strict hygiene.
Passing 3-5 motions is normal,as long as stools are soft and formed.
