My son age 2.7 years Weight 13 kg From last two days having cold cough and fever .below 101 Now fever shows 101.7. Is it normal cold or anything else .? Using T minic 2.5 ml Soventus 4 ml Fepanil 4 ml Fever coming every 7 to 8 hours .. Please give brief reply..please .

Daughter 1yr 10 months weight 10 kgs had 101.3 at pm gave her calpol drops 1ml Fever subsided after that and she was very active and normal. Had dinner and milk as well. At 11:30pm fever spiked again to 102.3, at 12:30 it's  102.6 can we give meftal p 3ml before the 4 hour gap (since we gave her paracetamol calpol drops at 9pm).

She s hving fever since saturday. It was low grade like 99.6 but on sunday it came out a bit high like 100.2 102. She s having tonsils n cough . Her doc told me to gv her meftal p as fever was high. N allerid two times a day. Is it a viral fever? Should i gv her antibiotic. ?
