Child Health Issues

My kid has 102 fever and je is on medications Combiflam 7.5 mL and Augmentin tuo 5 mL. His weight is 21 kgs. It's been two days we are using meds (Combiflam 3 times day) Augmentin 2 times a day. His temperature is not coming down at all. It is ranging from 100 °F to 102°F even after using meds. My kid is unable to bear the heat. Tepid sponging is also being done.  This might be a common problem but we could not see him suffer. Can someone tell us how to get his temperature to normal? Please help.

Does taking metformin while  breastfeeding my 6 month old baby boy will couse any problems for him as he is not exclusively breastfed

My about to be 7 months old baby is suffering from fever from last 2 days...I m giving her paracetamol and she is also having light cold and cough...her fever lowers down until the syrup works after 4-5 hours...she again gets fever.What to do?

My niece has been suffering from persistent evening fever from.last two weeks. We did x ray and it showed minor patch . She has been admitted in hospital. Hello, is zincovit drops required for 4 kg baby of 1 month 20 days? I am giving calcimax-P along with zincovit now. Shall I stop or continue giving zincovit drops. If continue,till how many months?
