My son age 10 month .He has fever from yesterday afternoon .His body temp is fluctuating between 100 to 102 f .After giving practical drops it's remain normal for 2hours. From 2day he has green stool with muscus and acidic smell.. can we give superflora gg probiotic ?? Is it serious concern?
